You may request to view, change, correct, or delete any data that we have about you and/or your organization both off-line and online, such as requests for ebooks, newsletter signup, and  submission of website forms.

You may opt-out of any future contact from Springs & Things Inc. by contacting us by telephone, fax, email or mail as noted at the bottom of this page.

We take precautions to protect your information to ensure that is protected both online and offline.

When you submit any information by an email note, it is protected online and offline.

When you submit information directly through our website, such as completing a form, making a transaction, or registering or logging in with an email and password, all data is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way.

Every page on our website is encrypted which you can verify by looking for:

  1. “https” at the beginning of the URL/domain address
  2. an icon of a “closed lock” on your web browser.

We have public blogs on our website. Any information you include in a comment on our blog may be read, collected, and used by anyone. If your Personal Information appears on our blogs and you would like it to be removed, contact us. If we are unable to remove your information, we will let you know why.

Our site may include Social Media Features, such as the LinkedIn, Facebook Like button, Pinterest, Instagram, and Widgets, such as the “Share This” button or interactive mini-programs that run on our site. (a) Digital Markers (including cookies)

All photographs, illustrations, digital art, videos, and other forms of images on the website ("images") are the exclusive property and copyright of Springs & Things Inc.

It is illegal to copy or use any portion of any Image whether by photographic means, scanning, digital copying, or as reference for another illustration.

If you believe that your property has been used in any way that could be considered a copyright infringement or a violation of your intellectual property rights Springs & Things Inc. copyright agent may be contacted  as noted at the end of this page.

If we make significant changes to our data handling practices a notice will be posted on our website and, we will make efforts to notify our active customers in other reasonable ways that may include an administrative e-mail or other notice.
